I'm with you. I abhor his cheating but this focus now being placed on him passed the creepy point a long time ago.

Still any interest in a personalized kip tee? I set my commission to $0 so that is as cheap as I can make it (though adding your own text will add to the price that SS charges you).

I am willing to leave the design up for a while if anyone might use it, but I can only have a limited # of designs uploaded at a time. So, I would like to take it down if there is no interest...

Anyone who can't see what the interest is here either doesn't understand sport or has ulterior motives. I don't see anything remotely "creepy" about trying to determine the full extent of someone's cheating and making that known. I do find people apparently suggesting that we just get over it somewhat typical of today's 30 second attention span mentality.

I'm neither suggesting anyone stop legitimate attempts to "determine the full extent of someone's cheating" or "suggesting that we just get over it." In fact if you've read the entire thread, you'll see that I've contributed to the research on a number of occasions. But the thread has gone far beyond the goal of determining his cheating and trying to stop him continuing it. I have reported and the mods have deleted posts in which people have included details about his wife, her professional life, and her side interests. Similar posts including details of his professional life have also been posted. Several people have speculated that there may be some sort of mental illness at the root of his bizarre behavior. (I mean seriously--cheating under an assumed name? Inventing a race out of whole cloth?! Something is seriously wrong with this guy.) But one response is to fetishize him by designing a t-shirt in his honor; another is to establish a prediction contest. I stand by my conviction that there are some creepy elements to this thread. Expose him as a cheat and have him banned from races, sure. But the lengths to which some people are taking this are absurd.

I agree with ER.

The thread is no longer interesting. I wonder who are the real psychopaths now - the guy who cheated at races or those that get their jollies from stalking another person?

There are some really creepy people on this thread.

I don't know how to stream it live but I hope one of the people running with Kip has a Go-Pro or equivalent. I don't know what the storage capacity or battery capability on that thing is, though.[/quote]

Nobody is going to run w/Kip carrying a camera. Not needed. Just eyewitnesses is enough - that and splits that are even and make sense.

So it is 9:17 in Fort Worth now, right? Race started at 7am.
That tracker page from a few posts ago http://www.mychiptime.com/searchevent.php?id=5442 does not show anything meaningful:

Since you're now apparently going to name random finishers of races who have had the misfortune to attract your attention for no good reason, perhaps you'd also have the decency to post your own real name. That way we'll know upon whom to heap our collective scorn for casting unsubstantiated aspersions upon more than likely honest and hard-working runners. Jack@ss.
