If there was truly a legal issue about any of our posts, the LetsRun policy clearly states they have our IP addresses and we are responsible for what we post. 3. I'm not worried about the legality of this, just the honor and lack of courage. Next time read my posts slower so you understand them. If I make serious accusations about people with identities, then you can call me out and ask for my identity. My goal on this site is to talk shop and crack jokes with other track geeks. When cowards cross the line and use their anonymity as a weapon, then I have to take issue. I get irritated when I hear people make accusations about Kip or Vin or Sal or anyone else that have to suck it up while they get attacked without recourse. I would much rather read a fake post about an idiot who farted while proposing to their girlfriend. That is actually funny. This isn't. Get it? |

Crap, you got me. OK, just to set the record straight; I got directions from a very nice man at the 7-11, but he was from out of town. When I started dodging cars I knew there was a problem. I was pretty tired, because of all the running, so I went into the YMCA and took a shower and had a nap. I woke up and decided to get back out there and just go for it. Look, I hate cheaters as much as the next guy. My point was that every third post on this site was a one-liner about Kip that inevitably got deleted. But I do hate the fact that people can make whatever accusation they like on these posts without any recourse. When you lose accountability, civility will quickly follow. If he is guilty, he should pay the price. I would prefer some evidence for those of us that don't know the details of this issue. |

Actually, they are at essentially no risk. Nearly every news website, for example, has a "comments" section with a disclaimer that views expressed are not those of the site, not verified, etc, etc. And FOX doesn't get sued every time some armchair pundit says that Obama wasn't born in the US, supports terrorism, as so on. Hell, they already link to far more defamatory material! |

The first KL thread from several months back spelled out the overwhelming evidence so well that even the other Kip supporters had to concede their arguments. In the latest thread, you have to admit it was amusing to see pictures of Kip walking with his bib covered during a 17 minute 5K effort. I'd like to hear how you processed that. If the JoBro's are going to initiate a Kip Litton thread, I hope they reinstate the original, which included many accounts from multiple races. Oh, by the way, these accusations of cowardly anonymous attacks sound quite serious. I've looked in some Internet phone directories and am unable to find a Mr. Who Cares anywhere. I think I speak for many who found the last thread entertaining when I say that it was like a mystery on how he supposedly did it. From cutting the course to the changing of clothes etc. It was (is) like doing detective work within our sport. Pure entertainment. |

Who Cares sounds distinctly like a long time LR poster who was also caught cheating. When someone called him out on it, he started lying his @ss off to cover himself (and his tiny balls). I'm guessing that this thread makes Who Cares uncomfortable because it's too close to home. He's defending Kip, because in his twisted little ball-less loser mind, he (and Kip) are victims.
